    Very Berry Smoothie




    Blend the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy! You can also freeze the smoothie to make popsicles.

    Supplies:

  • 1/4 Cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 Cup fresh apple juice
  • 1 Ounce fresh wheatgrass
  • A few ice cubes
