1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons white flour
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon oregano (or substitute fresh herbs)
