    In season, Glenda forages daily for wild greens and other highly nutritional wild edibles to incorporate into her morning smoothies.

    Supplies:


    Wild Greens
    (i.e....Lambs Quarters, Purslane, Nettles, Wild Grapevine Leaves, Burdock, Plantain, Violet Leaves)

    High Speed Blender

    Water
