Step 1: Rinse Greens

Rinse wild foraged greens. Reminder to know what you're picking when foraging and to only harvest in areas you know haven't been sprayed with pesticides or other undesirables.



Step 2: Add to Blender

Add a handful of greens, one sliced apple (cored, skin on), one lime, (and a splash of lemon, optional) in blender. Experiment with other seasonal fruit combinations, as well.



Step 3: Sweeten, add water and blend

Sweeten to taste with organic honey, and add a bit of water. Blend til smooth.

Step 4: Drink up and enjoy!

Pour into glass and drink immediately. Smoothies are always best freshly blended to obtain maximum nutritional benefits.
