Homemade treats for you or your friend’s pets are nutritious and easy to bake using a lot of the ingredients you already have in your kitchen. Bake up a batch or two and then deliver in creative reusable packaging.
Supplies:
your favorite dog or cat recipe (There are a ton of great books and recipe resources online. We whipped up a batch of ginger cookies and cheese circles for the dogs and some savory ‘fishy’ treats for the cats.)
animal inspired cookie cutters
embellishments: charms, toys, labels, etc.
creative packaging: vintage containers, old glass milk bottles, vintage candy tins, etc.
sticker paper to create custom labeling, if desired.
