A tincture is a much more concentrated version of your tea. They tend to work faster and are more effective medicinally than the teas and are administered by 'dropperfuls'. Storage life is a year or better on tinctures and for some indefinitely.
Supplies:
Lemon Balm Leaves (dried or fresh for tinctures -- but for Lemon Balm, dried is recommended)
80-100 proof Alcohol (vodka is usually used -- can also use gin or brandy)
Distilled Water (optional)
