Supplies:
1 shallow saucer from a flowerpot (can use saucers anywhere from 6 inch on up - if using smaller than that, you'll want to use smaller bottles to install)
1 empty wine bottle
24" piece of 1/2" - 5/8" conduit or copper pipe
Contact adhesive
Grout
Rubber Gloves
Sand
Glass pieces
Additional embellishments such as beads, baubles and necklaces
