Set out natural nesting materials that the birds can easily swoop up to aid in their building efforts. Create nesting balls using mesh or create a clothesline to hang materials from. You can also simply tuck materials into the crevices in branches. Sneak in a colorful piece or two that is unique and easily identifiable so that you can hunt for it in the nests in the yard to see if they were used. Great project for kids.
